#Cleanse 1 tsp (4gms) dry calyces of the Roselle flowers with cold water for a minute. # Pour 1 glass of freshly boiled water over the cleansed calyces in a bowl. # Cover the bowl for 8 to 10 minutes # Strain the infusion into 2 cups # If you prefer sweeten with sugar or honey.

For additional flavor and taste, brew the tea with ginger, cinnamon or cloves (while doing step 2 above). Enjoy 2 cups of the tea per day.

HOW TO PREPARE REFRESHING HIBISCUS COLD DRINK FULL OF VITAMIN C?

# Brew the cleansed calyces of the Roselle flowers with mint leaves # Cover the bowl for 8-10 minutes # Strain the infusion in another bowl # Sweeten with sugar or honey # For additional flavor and taste, dissolve menthol candy, and/or a preferred fruit flavor # Cool the drink in refrigerator # Serve with or without lemon or lime juice added, with or without ice cubes.
